It is officially wedding season, and whether you are a groom or bride-to-be, a parent of the couple or in the wedding party, it is time to kick up your normal routine. I had a hard time forcing myself to get to the gym 8 years ago when I was engaged, and that is what prompted me to take extreme action. I became a certified group fitness instructor so I would be forced to show up! (Getting paid to exercise didn’t hurt either).
Five years later I was a personal trainer and yoga instructor and shot my NikkiFitness Destination:Wedding Workout DVD
on the same beach where I got married.
These moves are no joke. Even the Fox and Friends anchor I did a segment with last week agrees. It’s all about multitasking toning moves and plyometric cardio intervals. These are tough as boot camp and will get you ready for the military wedding you always dreamed of.
