Can FRGs create a Spouse Club Hub?
Yes, and many do on CinCHouse.com because of our extra security features. The Spouse Club Hub is a terrific way to create an unofficial web site for spouse and family members who can't get behind the security walls (like AKO) or who aren't willing to try. With a Hub, you can market your FRG and get people excited and involved. The regulations for creating an unofficial web site are:
  • You must have clear language that this is an unofficial web site and link to the official web site.
  • You cannot force anyone to register involuntarily.
  • Don't post operationally secure information (duh!)
  • A PAO or other official must review site content.
The primary purpose of any FRG web site is to 1) Provide basic command contact information for families, and 2) Announce family events and FRG meetings to your families. If your web site is completely behind a firewall, chances are you aren't reaching the vast majority of your command's families. More than 100 spouse groups and FRGs host their web sites on CinCHouse's Spouse Club Hubs because it's a successful and easy way to achieve that goal. Email us at admin@cinchouse.com if you want more information.

Video and text tutorials are available! Learn how to make a beautiful, professional-looking web site without any knowledge of HTML.

Thank you for your great words and help on getting our sites up to where they are now. I know there were days when i called at least 10 times and bugged you.  The sites are open and are registering users at this point while i add more information during the night hours. Thanks again Meredith for being patient and always willing to help.

Sincerely,
Suh
