G is leaving for a MEU in just a few days and I'm now 6 months prego. I want to send him a care package he can open the day K is born so he can be part of it all. Anybody have any ideas of what to include?
Here's what I have so far:
- Pink Bubble Gum Cigars
- Dad's Root Beer
- Sour Patch Kids
- Sugar Babies

Any other ideas would be awesome!

* Baby wipes are always a good thing.

* Baby Ruth bar

* What about a small picture album that starts with baby pictures of you both and then goes on to add pictures during the pregnancy, u/s, and can be added to as the baby grows.

* a movie like 3 Men & A Baby, Knocked Up

How old will the baby be when he comes home? What about putting in an outfit around that size for him to put on the baby when he gets home?

Maybe put in the lollipops that are made like pacifiers.

Maybe order one of the paracord braceletes with the dogtag and have her (since you said pink ciagars I'm assuming girl) name engraved on it, you could have the exact date added at a jewelry store when he gets home. They do key fobs too if you don't want to go with a bracelet.

She will be 3 months old by the time he comes home. I like the paracord idea!

A "Daddy Diaper Duty Kit"! I was going to do this to DH, but ran out of time. Send some diapers, rubber gloves, and a face mask (or clothes pin).
Distance is not for the fearful, it is for the bold. It's for those who are willing to spend a lot of time alone, in exchange for a little time with the one they love. It's for those knowing a good thing when they see it, even if they don't see it nearly enough.
