Thank you for your interest in the Hampton Roads Continuum of Resource Education (C.O.R.E.) conferences and events. C.O.R.E. conferences provide the information YOU need to cope with the challenges of our military lifestyle. Military spouses make up our advisory group, listen to YOU, and plan conferences which cover a variety of topics including Individual Augmentation, personal financial management, command crisis management, etiquette and protocol. All of these topics affect spouses in their personal role of 'Navy spouse' as well as in their civilian professional lives.
The advisory group meets the first Thursday of every month at the Fleet and Family Support Center, Norfolk from 9:30 to aprox. 11:00am. Please come and join us! For information contact Judi Dewhurst at judi.dewhurst@yahoo.com, or at 444-2102.
C.O.R.E. events iprovide a wonderful opportunity to network with otherspouses, to meet new friends, and to discuss issues affecting them and their families. C.O.R.E. is a major contributor to the education,well-being and happiness of Navy families and Navy morale because family readiness is truly tied to combat - and C.O.R.E. keeps the family ready.
